compile Xgl without needing egl glitz

I've had to explicitly specify "--enable-xglserver --enable-xglxserver
--disable-xeglserver"; just tested with CVS today and it builds fine.
Specifying just --disable-xeglserver (or just --enable-xglserver)
doesn't work.
