I broke my changes into two groups.  The first group was made up of
largely cosmetic changes, while the second group is the real meat.  The
idea was to have the second group *just* be the real changes to make
reviewing them easier.  To this point, everything in the first group has
been committed.

I had meant to be more clear about that.  With all the travel I've been
doing in the last two weeks, a few things have been lost in the shuffle.

As soon as humanly possible. :)  I should have two sets of patches to
the DRI drivers and src/glx/x11 out for review today, and the final
patch to the dispatch stuff either tomorrow or over the weekend.
