About xinerama support of x.org with ATI IGP 340M

Hi all,

I am a debian user. I recently bought a LCD display, which I intended to use
as an external display for my laptop (HP NC4000 with IGP 340M). I've read
some articles about dual-head set-up on the web. The problem is that it
works flawlessly on XFree86 in debian testing, but not on X.org in debian
testing. X.org complains that it "Failed to detect secondary monitor,
MergedFB/Clone mode disabled". Here is a part of the output of diff between
