There was another thread on this recently.  Almost the same code was posted,
and it was broken in the same way, which is that it assumes that all
clients are local.  Remember to check at least that WM_CLIENT_MACHINE
is the localmachine, which while not foolproof (as pointed out in
the other thread), at least gives you an amount of confidence that you're
not pointing to something completly differnet
