Gatos stuff going in

I started committing GATOS TV-in code into the Xorg CVS and hooking it up.

Areas affected:
    xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/drivers/ati
    xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/drivers/i2c

I am testing all the code before committing so it "should work", but
if there is any issue (build, compatibility, formatting, etc) please
e-mail me, I'll fix it ASAP.

I'll post another e-mail when the committed code actually does anything 
useful (Right now it only detects i2c devices).
