[Xorg] Next X.Org Foundation release plan

Another thing that should be done for this release is determine
what we are doing about synchronizing with xterm & the new XKB
config files projects and getting in sync with them for this
release.  (Are there any other bits that are separately maintained
that need to be brought up to date?  Do we need to upgrade fontconfig
to the 2.2.3 release Keith just put out?)
