Nevertheless, it has a 3D engine.

I suppose on any somewhat modern box, the CPU does the rendering way 
faster than this SiS card from 1997 anyway.

You don't need "similar" cards, and they don't have to be both PCI 
either. Works with any card regardless whether PCI, AGP or whatever 
(except probably ISA).
