libfontconfig.la missing (source tarball)

Your vendor may have added the .la file as a convenience with using
libtool with other software using it.

Or it is from the libtool-based fontconfig from freedesktop.org (which is
what the Pkgsrc package for fontconfig uses).

The fontconfig included with X.org doesn't use libtool.
