More on Kdrive...

Hi Damian,

setting $PKG_CONFIG_PATH to <xserver-install-root/lib/pkgconfig then
following the instructions and build commands here: 

http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software_2fXserver_2fInstallGuide

worked for me.  There's a few other modules that need to be installed.
