[Xorg] V_BIOS Radeon problem

Hope not an already answered question:
I've added a Radeon 7000 PCI into my desktop system and I have this
strange behavior: first time I boot the computer Xorg starts correctly
in both video cards, using them both. If i logout and relog it only
finds the other video card. I've to reset the computer in order to let
Xorg to reuse that Radeon.
this is the difference between the two Xorg startup log:

it seems that the second time it starts, it can't find V_BIOS so it
simply can't use radeon card.
I've found only a very similar situation searching with google, but it
seems has been resolved upgrading Xorg: I think I've the last stable
version:
