jhbuild module set for the modular release

Hi,

I've been working on a jhbuild module set for the modular release so 
that we can build components from the modular release using jhbuild. 
Because of the symlink setup used with the modular tree, it's not 
completely trivial to set up, but I've written up a few instructions here:

The module set isn't complete yet, I still miss the data/ module from 
cvs and I've only set up a few drivers.  But at this point I've built 
all the apps using jhbuild and built and run the server on my i810 
laptop, so I figured it might be useful to others :)
