Okay, I've changed the hardcoded value for now to $(libdir)/X11/app-defaults.
Will leave adding a configure option for someone to do later.

Fixed as well - lib/Xt/configure.ac now has a
--with-xfile-search-path option and a default setting matching the monolith.
