c++: command not found

So how do I fix it...? DAMN IT!!! All I've wanted is
to compile an 6.8.2. tree so I can FRICKEN!!!! get my
9600XT ATI tv-tuner working w/ATI.2... GODDAMN IT
..you guys are incredible in your knowledge of
coding... 

...and I mean that... absolutely incredible... you get
each little difficulty resolved, through examining old
code and new philosophy. ADMIRABLE!!! But I still
can't get an

                      !!!!!!!!!!!!! _OLD

6.8.2 to compile from CVS, ..and I have plans
AWAAAAAAAAAAY ahead on from there.........

  PPS. I don't know ow to say it.. "cut me some slack"
nor "get it together" will NOT suffice...
