Announce: xkeyboard-config 0.7

Hello people

Celebrating first modular release of Xorg, I am happy to present
accompanying release of xkeyboard-config.

This release is mostly about bug fixes and minor improvements. There
are few new layouts and keyboard models added.

The database of media keyboards (symbols/inet) is rearranged and
polished (and slightly optimized, for Logitech keyboards) by Frederic
Boiteux (big big thanks!) - and the work is still in progress.

So, the files can be downloaded from freedesktop.org:

In CVS, the tag is v_0_7.
