autoconf trouble

Hi folks,


is there any way for learning autoshit to *always* either 
prepend $SYSROOT to all pathes into the running system 
(ie /usr/X11/include) or only pass relative pathes to the 
stuff in the sourcetree, so I can work with my own libtool 
implementation, which adds $SYSROOT to all absolute pathes ?

I don't see any other way for clean sysroot'ed cross-builds.
