SiS driver build addition

Can someone of the modular task force kindly add support for building
EXA support in the SiS driver, please?

The driver awaits a symbol called "SIS_HAVE_EXA" which the static
build's Imakefile #define's currently if "XF86EXA" is defined. Something
similar would be nice to have in the modular build.

Since 7.x will always ship with EXA (unless it's later removed), a plain
AC_DEFINE(SIS_HAVE_EXA) should do nicely.
