Renaming modules in CVS

I usually copy the old file/dir to the new location, and then cvs remove
the old location. This helps to ensure that cvs updates don't break, and
it properly preserves the tree for older tags. You end up with some
files that have the old tags on them showing up in the new location, but
you can remove those old tags from those file if this would really cause
a problem when checking out the tree with an old tag.
