[RFC] 2 patches to follow - Xserver Autoconfiguration Merge - Autotoolize Xserver

This is the first patchset to add the DebriX autotool scripts to the modular 
Xserver.

Please review, This patch only contains the template files needed to build the 
Xorg modular Xserver with the GNU autoconf/automake tools (use the autogen.sh 
script to generate the dynamic files)

The other patches to come make code changes to Xext, XTrap and dix. 
There are some code changes which affect some of the X11 extension headers and 
the solution right now is to move the protocol specific bits back to  headers 
from debrix.
