FYI, I've now sent the request for approval to the architecture working
group as I discussed here last week.  Hopefully the discussion will go
well there and we can begin the development phase shortly.  Thanks for
everyone's help to get us this far!

Moving forward, we should start discussing the development plan here for
exactly who will be doing what and when.  I'll write up my thoughts
later today or tomorrow.  If you have ideas or suggestions, please let
us know.
