[Xorg-fosdem] hardware insurance deadline.

Hi,

Just to inform you that the hardware insurance deadline is due this 
sunday.

If you're participating in the hothouse, or if you're speaking at the 
DevRoom, then you can get your hardware insured, for free, for the 
duration of the FOSDEM event (but explicitely not the hothouse, that's X 
own doing). This insurance covers theft and accidental breakage, and 
only on the Solbosch campus.

The information that's required before the 12th is, for every piece of 
hardware you want to see covered:
- vendor and model (for instance: Dell Latitude D800).
- type of hardware (for instance: notebook).
- estimate of it's current value (not the new value) in EUR (which is 
about 1.21usd currently).
- a serial number or another unique id that's visible on the device.

FOSDEM provides a locked room for overnight storage (saturday to sunday) 
of hardware, under the surveillance of campus security.

get your hardware covered.
