Hi Jordan,

I have been trying some things, but I am not sure whether or not what I
am doing is correct.
Is it correct to say that I get the base addresses for GP, DC, VP and
VIP from
scanpci -v
The section about the Video controller says the following:
pci bus 0x0000 cardnum 0x01 function 0x01: vendor 0x1022 device 0x2081
Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] Geode LX Video
  STATUS 0x0220 COMMAND 0x0007
  CLASS 0x03 0x00 0x00 REVISION 0x00
  BIST 0x00 HEADER 0x00 LATENCY 0x00 CACHE 0x08
  BASE0 0xe0000000 addr 0xe0000000 MEM
  BASE1 0xefff0000 addr 0xefff0000 MEM
  BASE2 0xeffec000 addr 0xeffec000 MEM
  BASE3 0xeffe8000 addr 0xeffe8000 MEM
  BASE4 0xefff8000 addr 0xefff8000 MEM
  MAX_LAT 0x00 MIN_GNT 0x00 INT_PIN 0x01 INT_LINE 0x0b

Subsequently, I do
pcitweak -r 00:01:01 0xefff0000 to read the first GP Register.
Is this correct?

Thanks a lot for your assistance,

Dirk
