Maybe you need to tell the driver that you have a panel, instead of
another kind of monitor. The log file you attached shows that the
driver is not sending its output to a panel.

Try to add the following line inside the "Device" section of your
xorg.conf:

  Option      "Panel Geometry" "800x600"

replacing "800x600" with your resolution.
