Suspend2Ram Problem first time in Xorg 7.5 - MESA R300 - Radeon9550 (RV350)

Hi,

so the problem is in the KMS, when I disable it as is described here:
http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes/1004#Working%20around%20bugs%20in%20the%20new%20kernel%20video%20architecture

everything works fine.

Should I create new issue at bugzilla ? Because there are similar issue
( may be the same ) e.g.:
