Xorg.conf can`t reach the optimum FPS at new Kernel.....maybe KMS?

I'm not exactly sure what problem you are asking about here. xorg.conf is
still supported by the xserver, it just has not been required in a while.
If you are using KMS, you need to make sure you have a recently enough ddx,
mesa, and libdrm. Also, some distros package the ucode used by the GPU
separately so you may need to install the linux-firmware package depending
on your distro. This page may be of help:
