(II) RADEON(0): Output HDMI-0 using initial mode 1920x540

The xserver is interpreting the EDID wrong.  This mode should be
1920x1080 interlaced.

You'll need to specify a modeline and a preferred mode to override the
EDID.  See this page for more info:

Also, the ati driver had issues on some chips with interlaced modes,
so you may need to use the 6.11 RC (6.10.99) releases for interlaced
output.
