my xorg config

My video card (HD3650) fan noise usually isn't noticeable at all, as I don't
use any program that may use it a lot (no 3d at all). Sometimes when the X
server start, the fan begins to turn faster and to be noisy. No matter if I do
anything or not, the fan keeps turning. I can usually solve the problem by
restarting my computer.

I'm not sure it can be reproduced each time I do the following, but the fan
start turning faster usually when I restart the Xserver by logging out then in.

When using 2D apps the fan should keep quiet, as it does with other drivers, I
don't have this problem with the radeonhd driver for exemple.
