Ugh.  Unfortunately, you bios not only lists only 1 output (primary dac), it
also lists an apparently invalid value for the bg/dac adj values for the tvdac.

The following options should make everything work:
Option "DefaultTVDACAdj" "TRUE"
Option "ConnectorTable" "96,1,0,1,96,2,0,1"
