TV-Out on Radeon 7200 Rage-Theater R100

I just wanted to let everyone on the list (and those scouring the net)
know that using driver version 6.6.3 with X.Org 7.3 works.  I followed
the instructions here:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=2042849

Not the best solution, but sufficient for me for now.
