Both are detected as connected.  There's apparently a bad interaction happening
since both outputs share the same dac.  We should probably just ignore the tv
output now since at the moment it's not working properly anyway.  I'll take a
look at those code paths.

Textured video still has some issues we are sorting out in some cases.  For now
you'll have to make sure you have the latest drm installed and working and
possibly enable exa to have textured video working.
