Do you still have problems with:
Option "NoAccel" "true"

If you are using XAA, you can try disabling various accel routines, e.g.,
XAANo...  see the xorg.conf man page for more info.

If you are using XAA, can you try EXA?  Option "AccelMethod" EXA"
