No Effect. Not sure what RenderAccel does, but you should know that to get
opengl support working, ie glxinfo "direct rendering" to say YES, I had to
added to my /etc/modules 

agpgart
intel_agp
drm

Since doing so few changes to my xorg.conf seems to have much effect.
