libXt release

Hello Matt,
Thomas Dickey has an impressive array of systems where he can test.

Is there a way to test on more systems ? We still have a bunch of
#ifdef stuff. I would like see tests on AIX, SUN and WIN32 so we
can figure out what is relevant.
