[RFC v2 00/12] DRI3 v1.2: DMA fences

Hello,

This patchset implements of what we would like to see become DRI3 v1.2,
that is the implementation of DMA fences.

The main changes in this iteration are:

 - The DMA fences are now part of a separate DRI3 revision (v1.2).

 - Rename new hooks to can_wait_fence() and wait_fence().

 - Fix explicit fences when page-flipping.
