XPresentPixmap() fails on some driver, not sure why.

Then the best way to ensure that all distributions [re]build libXpresent
against the updated presentproto would be to make libXpresent depend on
presentproto 1.1.

I can send a patch for this, but I also thought of this and asked one of
the reporters to rebuild against presentproto 1.1 and make sure xfwm4 was
linked against the updated version, but that did not solve the issue to my
great despair.
