[PATCH 0/2] Add Readv back to libxtrans

Ok, instead of kluging libFS to use readv directly, or just providing
the old broken readv in the library, here's a Readv implementation
which actually deals with file descriptor passing.

I recall not adding this in the initial fd-passing implementation
because I didn't have any way to test it; with libFS and the various
fs clients available, it was possible to check and make sure this
actually works as expected.
