That would be appreciated, I always struggled to find info. My
experience by looking at all the modules which had TODO file is that
they never get updated and end up being removed after some times. If you
do add one, no need for an EXTRA_DIST.

Feel free to edit the wiki if my description of lex & yacc tool usage
can be improved.
