[PATCH 0/5] RFC: Simple early accept/reject implementation

These patches are a simple implementation of early touch accept/reject.
The reject path should be just fine. The accept path is a bit hackish,
but it hopefully is correct. I have not tested these yet; I'm sending
them now since the non-critical merge window is about to close and we
have to make a decision on what to do about early accept/reject.

Tomorrow I will write some testcases to verify that this is working as
it should. I'll follow up with my results.
