[PATCH] [RFC] dix/mi: remove ChangeWindowAttributes from rendering path.

Hey guys, it's way too early in this process to be worried about the
impacts to the driver interface. Dave -- just write whatever code you
like, and we'll figure out what it means to drivers later.

I thought we had general consensus that we wouldn't limit changes in the
X server to conform to the existing driver API/ABI.
