This is the official version tree, which ought to be the best link for the
"stable" version. I sent out a revision including MT slots for review on lmkl
some time ago, you are welcome to comment there:
http://lkml.org/lkml/2010/5/1/35. I am attaching the file produced by applying
said patch to the mainline tree.
