In the kernel, I've seen Co-authored-by: tags. Google points me here:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=451880
It's not the best, but it implies that you had more to do with the
patch than reviewing it or giving it the thumbs up or whatever.
