[PATCH] lnx_ev56.c should be built with -mbwx

By building with -mbwx, we avoid situations where we could pass
something like "-mcpu=ev56 -mcpu=ev67" to gcc. -mcpu=ev56 was only
used to implicitly enable BWX support anyway, so let's do this
directly.
