Radeon Driver + KDE 4 Kwin effects = Artifacts

Actually, as it only seems to happen with OpenGL, it's more likely a
Mesa driver issue. Also, while I've seen this as well, there's no such
problem with compiz. It would be interesting to know what kwin does
differently.
