Radeon Driver + KDE 4 Kwin effects = Artifacts

I'm forwarding this along from the KDE Bugzilla...

Basically all version of the radeon driver shipped in the KDE 4 era have left 
artifacts on the screen when using effects.

The relevant kde bug number is: 155214

I just thought I'd pass this along as there's a decent chance the bug is on
