Is Cygwin still supported ?

Hello folks,


is Cygwin still supported ? Does mingw32 replace it ?

The CI only builds mingw32, not Cygwin.

We've got lots of #ifdef __CYGWIN__ and specific code pathes that we
could get rid of, if Cygwin isn't supported anymore.
