Disable DPMS without monitor specifiy monitor section

Use http://fm.no-ip.com/Share/xorg.conf-minimal-EDID-workaround as a guide. 
In the monitor section the only uncommented lines you should need are an 
indentifier and an 'Option "DPMS" "off"' line.
