xorg/driver/xf86-video-glint: [PATCH] Janitor: make distcheck, compile warnings, .gitignore.

  Like already used in -cyrix and -fbdev proposed patches,
this patch removes most of the XSERVER_LIBPCIACCESS define
related checks, as it is already defined in xorg-server.h,
that is included by config.h.

  The same could/should be done for HAVE_XF1BPP, HAVE_XF4BPP,
HAVE_ISA and possibly a few others. xorg-server.h is a
significantly cleaner way to "test" for these features,
as they aren't really conditional, given that if one compiles
with --disable-pciaccess (in case of one of the drivers that
had this "feature"), it would just not compile...
