xorg code you encounter without an explicit license. I answered this<br>
before in some detail for the I2C code in the server:<br>

The dummy driver has a similar history, we imported it when we forked<br>
from xfree86 and we (intentionally) forked from just before the change<br>
to XFree86 1.1 license. As a project we've assumed unlicensed<br>
contributions are made under MIT-like terms. If you want a stronger<br>
assurance than that, probably that's between you and your lawyers to<br>
work out.<br>
