Open Source Project Application For X.org

Hi guys,

I hope you are great. We have launched our own OSS (
https://github.com/bitmakerla/estela) and I wanted to know what we need to
do so our project can be part of X.org so developers can contribute to
estela.

Also, when can we apply? I wonder if it can be done at any time.
