Configure Output 2 Monitors

What does the output of `lsusb` say?

Try unplugging one of the monitors and plugging it right back in, then do `tail /var/log/syslog`

 Does it say anything along the lines of:   kernel: [208926.659320] /dev/sdd1: Can't open blockdev
