I appologize in advance if this is more of a kernel question than XWin
question...

This is my keyboard:
https://www.mercari.com/us/item/m42962366706/?gclsrc=aw.ds&&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=12877497088&utm_content=t0&adgroup=121903074456&network=g&device=c&merchant_id=126358573&product_id=m42962366706&product_id=294357559827&gclid=Cj0KCQiAy4eNBhCaARIsAFDVtI3ZkPN0rRWzmru6qKW_evp1Jpq4EGaW2RS_POoFnsZ2VHWJHkBhMmIaAqD9EALw_wcB

Which is (more or less) the keyboard hp5185 here:

http://v-sgsync-lnx1.nwu.ac.za/share.old/X11/xkb/symbols/inet

So it seems my keyboard should be supported for all of it's consumer
controls. Plus, on a previous install of Linux I had the keys working.
Sorry, I didn't keep track of the version because I didn't realize it
was going to be necessary.

Yet now, on kernel version:

uname -r

5.4.0-90-generic

...and Xorg -version

1.20.11

I run evtest against the Consumer Controls for my keyboard, for
"/dev/input/event5"(in my case) I only get:

KEY_HOMEPAGE

KEY_SEARCH

KEY_MAIL

KEY_STOPCD

KEY_PREVIOUSSONG

KEY_PLAYPAUSE

KEY_NEXTSONG

KEY_VOLUME_UP

KEY_VOLUME_DOWN

KEY_MUTE

I don't get:

KEY_EJECT

KEY_FINANCE

KEY_SHOP

KEY_SPORT

etc...
